We ship within the contiguous United States. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days and are typically delivered in 3-7 business days.
Shipping is calculated per item at checkout. Pillow covers, throws, bedding, table linens and small rugs ship free.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are new, unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@tjaglobal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Used, washed or incomplete returns may incur a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-12 business days after we receive the return.
Floor sofa beds, chaise lounges and modular sectional sofas ship compressed and are non-returnable once the packaging is opened.
