REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

 

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund shall be following the clauses as set forth:

 

1. REFUND REQUESTS

The Platform provides a return and refund of the Products. Should you wish to return the products or the order, you can do so by placing a request by contacting us within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the products.

All return requests are subject to confirmation from our end towards the acceptance of the same. We request you to please wait for our confirmation before you dispatch the products to us.

Further, you will be liable to ensure that the products are returned to us (received in our warehouse) within 30 days from the order receipt date. Should there be any delay in the return process from your end, we will cancel your return request.

To place a return request for your order, the product must

• Not be used
• Contain original packing, labels, tags and bills.
• Not be washed or tampered

Please note that we shall charge a restocking fee if the products fail to comply with the above-mentioned categories.

We may provide you with the prepaid shipping label upon request. However, the cost of the shipping label will be charged to the user depending on the reason for return and shall be at the sole decision of the Company.

You will have to email us at sales@tjaglobal.com within 7 days of receiving the product for us to accept the return.

For damaged products, the User has to inform Us along with the image of the damage as soon as the product is received by the customer for initiating a return.

Note that we currently do not offer any exchange towards any products purchased through our Platform.

1. PROCESSING OF REFUND

Refunds are done within 10-12 business days and the amount shall be credited by the same mode of payment as it was received.

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the services as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your service and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services.

The Parties and shall be governed by the laws of Texas, USA. For purposes of enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or if for any other reason litigation is permissible under this agreement, each party hereby irrevocably agrees to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts at Texas, USA.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any services placed by them in future.
