Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are new, unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@tjaglobal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Used, washed or incomplete returns may incur a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-12 business days after we receive the return.
Floor sofa beds, chaise lounges and modular sectional sofas ship compressed and are non-returnable once the packaging is opened.
